Starting March 1, Belmont Shore employees can ride free to and from work on Long Beach Transit buses under a new program.
The Shore Pass is available to Belmont Shore employees only.
Businesses can send a list of their employees' full names and email addresses to the Belmont Shore Business Association at alexandra@belmontshore.org.
Employees can also email or call the business association at 562-434-3066 with pass requests.
The pass can only be used by the employee. The association said in a news release that the program can open up parking spaces for customers and provide a free benefit for employees.
