Manifesto by Manhunt Target Christopher Dorner

'To: America, Subject: Last Resort,' the manifesto starts. Named targets were redacted, but lifetime grievances remain, plus random notes on gun control and the First Lady's bangs.

The manifesto by Christopher Jordan Dorner—fired LAPD officer whose alleged killing spree has gripped national law enforcement and many in the public—has been redacted of target names but is otherwise complete in our attachment.
